Prestige Limousine Service

We were not going to hire a limo for our wedding as we could not see spending a large amount of money for what essentially was a 20 minute trip from the church to the reception. I had planned on getting dressed at the church. Two days prior to the wedding, we found out that the room I would have used to dress in at the church was unavailable. I was really worried about crawling in the back of someone's car in my dress...we went down the road to Prestige (I've used them twice before) and within minutes, had a great deal on a beautiful limo. The driver was professional, friendly, and it all worked out great. I have given it only 4.5 for the value because I still hate spending a couple hundred on a ride, but otherwise, it was a good decision.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Prestige. We hired two limos from them, an old fashioned style one and a 10 person. The old fashioned one is white, so they sent the 10 person one in white too so it matched. The limos were in great condition and both arrived early. We had the limos pick up in two different locations and it was no problem.

I have to admit after visiting transportation vendors in the Rochester area and reading horror stories in bride's reviews, I was terrified to have a bad experience with a transportation vendor. I was so relieved that all aspects of our transportation on the wedding day exceeded my expectations. The limo driver (Steve) was on time, professional, and went above and beyond to meet our needs. We had a Hummer limo for before the ceremony and to take us from the chapel to the reception, and a smaller six passanger limo after the reception to shuttle guests to hotels. Everything was on time, professional, and clean making me a very happy and relieved bride to not have to worry about anything in regards to transportation on the wedding day. Would highly recommend for brides looking for reliable, clean and professional transportation on your wedding day.

We had reserved a 14 passenger limo for our wedding day from Prestige Limo. The car was in great condition. The driver was very friendly and arrived on time and had a cheerful attitude throughout the day. We are very happy with our choice of transportation vendor! Carole and Sid

I definitely give Prestige a 5+. My youngest son was married on 10/9/10 and their service was superb. Allison in the office was great to work with and Guy, the driver was excellent. This was totally the opposite of another Rochester company my middle son used on 7/17/10. GREAT JOB PRESTIGE

Pretige Limo was very accomodating. We ended up changing out pick-up/drop-off times. They quickly changed the contract. Also, they worked with us on payment as they don't take credit over the phone and my out-of-town mom was paying. My necklace broke and the pearl pendant was lost. The driver looked around once we were all in the church and actually found it! He went above and beyond for me.

I highly recommend Prestige Limo! We rented a Navigator limo. The driver was fantastic! He was really friendly, professional, and fun! He was such a gentleman in helping me get in and out of the limo with my big dress! The driver was punctual and the limo was very clean and beautiful!

I was very glad we hired Prestige Limousine Service for our wedding day. The driver did an outstanding job accommodating our crazy event schedule and made it easy for us and our Bridal Party to kick back and relax. We chose a stretch Lincoln Navigator to accommodate our 12 person crew. Our car was the perfect choice, especially since we had several tall groomsmen, who had the perfect amount of head and leg room.
