Cheesy Eddie's

Miriam did an amazing job helping with the planning process. The designers were ambitious and willing to try anything! I was always recognized by the staff, which was amazing feeling for this out of town bride! The entire staff was outstanding! Oh...and the cake was out of this world too!!!!

I cannot say enough about how happy we were about our cake. Colleen and her staff did a wonderful job!

Excellent service, Colleen could not have been more helpful. The cake(and the Jillain's) were out of this world good - I wish I lived close by so i could visit all the time! Really delicious :)

We absolutely loved our wedding cheesecakes by Cheesy Eddie's!! By far the most delicious cheesecake we've ever had - and cheesecake is our favorite! Also, the custom stand provides a unique display for the cheesecakes, which we left unfrosted to show off the yummy crust! It'll be the most memorable wedding cake you and your guests have ever experienced - and by far the most delicious! There was not a single piece left - my husband and I even had the last tier delivered to our room that night - we couldn't resist having more (we plan to order another one for our one year anniversary)!

Cheesy Eddie's was wonderful to work with, and Colleen made the process so easy. We were looking for something different for our wedding cake, and the cheesecake display from Cheesy Eddie's was a perfect fit. They have so many different flavors (not to mention other types of dessert) that it's almost impossible to choose. We ended up with three flavors, and it's a good thing we ordered enough for twenty extra people because every piece was eaten by the end of the night!

Everyone LOVED the cheesecake at our wedding. We had white chocolate raspberry swirl with raspberry sauce and it was a hit! The owners are so great!! Everyone in the bakery was so helpful every time I called or needed to stop by for something.

Cheesy Eddie's was fantastic! I was contacted almost immediately after submitting an inquiry. The saleswoman was very polite and friendly. She was also very patient with me and helpful in getting me the most for my money. The cakes were beyond delicious! I never liked carrot cake until I had their carrot cake! I liked it so much that we got a combination of cheesecakes (which are also amazing) and carrot cake instead of just cheesecake as we originally planned. They are also very willing to make it work. They let us borrow their one of a kind cake stand from Rochester to Syracuse FREE OF CHARGE! They were awesome and I very highly recommend them.

My husband and I love variety so we had a difficult time choosing just one cake for our wedding. That's why we chose Cheesy Eddie's, at their bakery we chose 3 different cakes for our wedding. We chose their classic cheesecake, a carrot cake and their very chocolate cake. They decorated them just as we liked, they delivered them even before go to to the venue...just so we would be at ease. Then they provided a display stand so that all 3 of the cakes could be seen and so they guests could choose which cake they would like to eat. Colleen Baker is VERY easy to work with, she has a great personality, she was wonderful at the tasting and she was always flexible. We loved our cake and so did our guests!
