We changed our order several times and they responded quickly, politely, and professionally. The quality of the items was great. And they arrived packaged very well. We opted for picking up our own rental items to save on delivery charges. They were great to deal with.

I went to Andrew with an idea for turning a storage building into a wedding venue last year. He was wonderful about coming to look at the site and planning an amazing transformation. He came several days early so we were all comfortable with the entire venture. The building turned out to be gorgeous!! Not one person walked in without their mouth falling open. I can't say enough great things about Caya's. They are incredibly professional, very tolerant of change and terrific to work with. If I have another event, I would not consider going anywhere else.

Caya's was a phenomenal vendor! I could not have been more pleased. Throughout the planning they were so easy and flexible about everything. They delivered early and the tent/tables/chairs/linens all loked fantastic. Andrew and his team were so professional and made sure everything was perfect for me. I would recommend them to anyone planning a wedding in the western NY area.
